Water better resources and water home appliances

Water
a colourless, transparent, odourless, liquid which forms the seas, lakes, rivers, and rain and is the basis of the fluids of living organisms.
Importance
The importance of water. The water in our bodies is essential for life. Without water, we can't survive. ... Water is involved in every bodily function from digestion and circulation through to the control of body temperature and the excretion of waste products.
Resources
Water resources are natural resources of water that are potentially useful. Uses of water include agricultural , industrial, household, recreational and  environmental activities. All living things require water to grow and reproduce.
97% of the water on the Earth is salt water and only three percent is fresh water; slightly over two thirds of this is frozen in glaciers and polar ice caps. The remaining unfrozen freshwater is found mainly as groundwater, with only a small fraction present above ground or in the air.
Yet the world's supply of groundwater is steadily decreasing, with depletion occurring most prominently in Asia, South America and North America, although it is still unclear how much natural renewal balances this usage, and whether ecosystems are threatened. The framework for allocating water resources to water users (where such a framework exists) is known as water rights.

A graphical distribution of the locations of water on Earth. Only 3% of the Earth's water is fresh water. Most of it is in icecaps and glaciers (69%) and groundwater (30%), while all lakes, rivers and swamps combined only account for a small fraction (0.3%) of the Earth's total freshwater reserves.

How we can save water
Turn off the tap when you brush your teeth – this can save 6 litres of water per minute.
  1. Place a cistern displacement device in your toilet cistern to reduce the volume of water used in each flush. You can get one of these from your water provider.
  2. Take a shorter shower. Showers can use anything between 6 and 45 litres per minute. Consider getting an aerated shower head, which combines water and air, or inserting a regulator in your shower, which puts an upper limit on flow rates.
  3. Always use full loads in your washing machine and dishwasher – this cuts out unnecessary washes in between.
  4. Fix a dripping tap. A dripping tap can waste 15 litres of water a day, or 5,500 litres of water a year.
  5. Install a water Betts to your drainpipe and use it to water your plants, clean your car and wash your windows. A water butt can collect around 5,000 litres a year.
  6. Water your garden with a watering cans rather than a hosepipe. A hosepipe can use as much as 1,000 litres of water an hour. Mulching your plants (with bark chippings, heavy compost or straw) and watering in the early morning and late afternoon will reduce evaporation and also save water.
  7. Fill a jug with tap water and place this in your fridge. This will mean you do not have to leave the cold tap running for the water to run cold before you fill your glass.
  8. Install a water meter. When you're paying your utility provider for exactly how much water you use, laid out in an itemised bill, there's an incentive to waste less of the stuff.
  9. Invest in water-efficient goods when you need to replace household products. You can now get water-efficient showerheads, taps, toilets, washing machines, dishwashers and many other water-saving products
Purification  of water by plants

WaterPurification of water using natural plants:
All the natural plants are have tendency to purify the water through natural cycle. There are some specific plants like water lily who have more tendency to  purify the water efficiently . These plants have capacity to remove various dangerous material from the water.Heavy metal , bacteria and even pesticides and some chemical are absorbed by these plant which makes the water purify.
